The view from our room was breathtaking, with the
Matterhorn visible right outside our window. The spacious room accommodated our luggage perfectly, and the heated onsen was a fantastic way to relax after a day of exploring. On a minor note, two buildings partially obstructed the view, but this did not diminish our overall experience.

Stunning views of the Matterhorn, unique outdoor heated pool, luxurious spa with diverse services
Inconsistent dining experiences left much to be desired!!! The room configurations weren't as convenient as expected, and the noise from plumbing was quite bothersome. Improvements are needed for family entertainment options as well!!!

The mountain view from my room was breathtaking, creating a serene atmosphere throughout my stay. The outdoor heated pool provided a unique and relaxing experience after a full day of activities, which I truly enjoyed.
